If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us. When you visit or use RADOST IT (https://radostit.com) website as well as any other website, application, service, sales, marketing or events owned by RADOST IT j.d.o.o. (the Sites), you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this privacy policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Sites and our services. This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our Sites, including our websites and our mobile, desktop and web applications.

Not every Site collects everything described below. The information we hold about you depends on which of our Sites you use and which features you choose to use within them.

Data controller. RADOST IT j.d.o.o., Ulica Nikole Tesle 17, 23000 Zadar, Croatia, company number 5620279, VAT number HR34157642233, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Privacy enquiries and data-subject requests: https://radostit.com/contact.

Please read this privacy policy carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.

  1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as name, contact information, credentials, date of birth and, where a Site involves purchases, payment information handled by our payment processors.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Sites, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Sites or otherwise contacting us. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

    • Name and Contact Data. We could collect your first and last name, email address, and other similar contact data.
    • Credentials. We could collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
    • Date of birth. Where a Site is restricted to adults, we collect your date of birth at sign-up and use it solely to confirm that you are 18 or older.
    • Payment Data. We could collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases. Payment instrument numbers (such as a credit card number) and security codes are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us; you should review the relevant processor's privacy policy and contact it directly with questions.
    • Content you create. We could collect the content you enter into a Site in order to provide it — for example project data, documents, event details, lists of people you invite, and figures you enter yourself.
    • IDs. We could collect data IDs for account management, security purposes and analytics. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

    Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information - such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics - is collected automatically when you visit our Sites.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Sites. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, information about how and when you use our Sites and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Sites, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies on our websites. We do not collect location data in our applications.

  2. How do we use your information?

In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via our Sites for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests ("Business Purposes"), in order to enter into or perform a contract with you ("Contractual"), with your consent ("Consent"), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations ("Legal Reasons"). We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We use the information we collect or receive:

    • To facilitate account creation and sign-in process.
    • To ensure that a Site's core features, such as login, navigation, and feature access, work correctly.
    • To send you marketing and promotional communications, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time (see 13. What are your privacy rights? below).
    • To send administrative information to you. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
    • Fulfill and manage your orders. We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Sites.
    • To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Sites that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. If you wish to update, or delete your testimonial, please contact us and be sure to include your name, testimonial location, and contact information.
    • Request Feedback. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Sites.
    • To protect our Sites. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Sites safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
    • To enforce our terms, conditions and policies.
    • To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.
    • In the case of Google user data, provided for example through Google Sign-in, to exclusively provide or improve Sites' functionality.
    • For other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Sites, products, services, marketing and your experience.
  3. AI-assisted features

In Short: Some Sites include an AI assistant. Your messages are processed by Amazon Web Services in an EU region to generate a reply. They are not used to train any model.

Where a Site offers an AI assistant, sending it a message transmits to Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services), in an EU region: the text of your message, the recent turns of that conversation, and a small amount of context about the item you are working on within that Site, so the reply is relevant. The context is limited to what is needed for the reply — for example the names, dates, places, currency and settings shown on the screen you are using, and today's date.

We do not send your contacts, the lists of people you invite, your financial figures or your email address to the model. Amazon does not use these inputs or outputs to train its models, and we do not use them to train any model of our own.

The conversation is stored on your account so you can return to it. You can erase it at any time using the assistant's Clear history control, and it is deleted with your account.

Assistant replies are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not religious, legal, financial or medical advice. If a reply is offensive or inappropriate, use the Report control on that reply. Reports reach a monitored internal channel and are reviewed within 24 hours; a report sends us the reported reply, the message that produced it, and your user and account identifiers. We use reports to correct the assistant's instructions and, where necessary, to restrict an account.

The assistant makes no decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

  4. Access to your device

In Short: With your permission our applications may read your address book and send push notifications. You can withdraw either permission in your device settings.

Contacts. If you grant contacts permission, the application reads names, one phone number and one email address per entry, so that you can select people without retyping their details. Contact photos are never read. The list stays on your device; only the entries you actually add within the application are uploaded to our servers. Denying the permission leaves every other feature working.

Notifications. We use OneSignal (OneSignal, Inc.) to deliver push notifications. OneSignal receives a device push token and your account identifier so that a notification reaches the right device. It does not receive the content you store in our applications.

Location. We do not collect location data in our applications.

  5. Sensitive information, including religious information

In Short: Some Sites store details of a religious ceremony because that is what they are for. In the EEA this is special-category data and we process it only with your explicit consent.

Where a Site exists to plan or record a religious event, it stores the information you enter for that purpose — for example the parish, place of worship and officiant you name, scripture readings, prayers, liturgical music, and the roles of the people taking part. Under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR we rely on your explicit consent, given when you create that content. You can withdraw your consent by deleting the content or your account; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. We never use this information for advertising or profiling, and we disclose it to no one except recipients that you ask us to send it to, such as an email address you enter yourself.

  6. Will your information be shared with anyone?

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:

    • Consent: We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information in a specific purpose.
    • Legitimate Interests: We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.
    • Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of our contract.
    • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).
    • Vital Interests: We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
    • More specifically, we may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:
    • Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services and customer service. They act as our processors and may use your information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own promotional purposes.
    • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  7. Who will your information be shared with?

In Short: We only share information with the following third parties.

We only share and disclose your information with the following third parties. We have categorized each party so that you may easily understand the purpose of our data collection and processing practices. If we have processed your data based on your consent and you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us.

    • Hosting, databases, storage, account registration, authentication and AI inference: Amazon Web Services (EU regions)
    • Invoice, billing and subscriptions: Paddle, Stripe, Apple (Mac and iOS Store), Google (Google Play Store), RevenueCat
    • Push notifications: OneSignal
    • Transactional email (invitations, notifications, sign-in codes): our email delivery provider
    • Internal operations, support and abuse reports: Slack
    • Website analytics: Google Analytics — on our websites only. Our mobile and desktop applications contain no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
  8. Where is your information processed?

In Short: Our own infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the European Union. Some of the other providers listed above process data outside the EEA, and those transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Our infrastructure. We host the Sites on Amazon Web Services in EU regions. Your account, the content you create in a Site, our databases, file storage, backups and server logs are stored there, and AI inference for the assistant described in section 3 runs in an EU region of Amazon Bedrock. Personal data held in our own systems therefore stays within the European Union in the ordinary course of the service.

Access from outside the EEA. Amazon Web Services acts as our processor under its GDPR Data Processing Addendum. Limited access from outside the EEA can still occur — for example when AWS provides technical support, or when we or our processors respond to a security incident. Those transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in that addendum, together with the supplementary measures described in the processor's documentation.

Third parties. Some of the third parties listed in section 7 — including our push notification, analytics, internal operations, payment and app store providers — are established outside the EEA or process data there. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or on an adequacy decision where one applies to that recipient, together with the supplementary measures described in our processors' documentation. You can request further information about these safeguards using the contact details below.

  9. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies on our websites to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information on our websites. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

  10. How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). In particular:

    • Account data and the content you create in a Site: until you delete it or delete your account, then erased from our active systems within 30 days.
    • AI assistant conversations: until you clear them, or until your account is deleted.
    • Abuse and content reports: 12 months.
    • Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Croatian tax law.
    • Server and security logs: 30 days.
    • Backups: purged on their normal rotation, at most 90 days after deletion.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

  11. How do we keep your information safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Sites is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

  12. Do we collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Sites. Where a Site is restricted to adults, we collect your date of birth at sign-up and use it solely to confirm that you are 18 or older; we store it on your account and do not use it for any other purpose. Where the platform provides it and you consent, we also read the age range signal that Apple or Google reports for your account. If either indicates that you are under 18, we refuse the sign-up. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us.

  13. What are your privacy rights?

In Short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change, or delete your account at any time.

In some regions (like the European Economic Area), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. To make such a request, please use the contact details provided below. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal. If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You can find their contact details here: https://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm.

Account information and deleting your account If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account, you can do so in the account settings of the Site you use, or contact us. You can delete your account from within the application that holds it (Settings → Account), from the account deletion page published on that product's website, which does not require you to sign in or to install the application, or by contacting us. We delete your account and the content associated with it — including the people you invited, your financial records and your AI assistant history — from our active systems within 30 days of the request. Records that we must keep for accounting or tax reasons are retained for the statutory period, and backups are purged on their normal rotation, at most 90 days. Some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Sites. To opt-out of interest-based advertising by advertisers on our Sites visit https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.

Device permissions You can withdraw the contacts and notifications permissions described in section 4 at any time in your device settings.

Opting out of email marketing You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list - however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may contact us.

  14. Controls for do-not-track features Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

  15. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Sites, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Sites. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Sites, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

  16. Do we make updates to this policy?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

  17. How can you contact us about this policy?

If you have questions or comments about this policy, you may contact us at https://radostit.com/contact.
